Lost/Damaged Voter Card?

How you can still pickup your permanent voters card.

Before doing anything, do not forget to check your status. This will give you the most accurate information on your voting status and save you time at your local INEC office.

I've lost my Temporary Voters Card

  1. You will need to visit the registration centre located closer to where you will like to vote.
  2. Check your voter registration details here and print or write out your details
  3. You will need to attach an affidavit or police report to the form.
  4. At the registration center, you will be required to fill a form for replacement of PVC.
  5. You will be given another copy of your TVC with ‘DUPLICATE’ and the date of issue printed on it.

INEC replaces lost, defaced and mutilated cards FREE OF CHARGE

I've lost my Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC)

Same process as above but you will be contacted when your new PVC is ready for pick up. PVCs are not produced on site.

You MUST apply at least 30 days before an election.
